Legal fees.

We believe that each person and transaction deserves individual consideration. We like to discuss our clients’ quotation directly with them and so that we can assess their needs and provide an honest, fair and reasonable quotation without any hidden costs or gimmicks. We will provide an initial estimate of the fixed fee based on price and location and use our experience and expertise to determine when a transaction may require a higher fee estimate.

We like to pass the benefit of our experience and familiarity with the extensive documentation on to our local clients. We are often able to offer reduced fees when acting in a particular street or local development with which we are familiar and this would be factored into the quote.
